This is the page where you get to tell me what you would like to see a layout made out of. I'm open to all suggestions.

*Membership Required*: To view any of the layouts within this community you must join first.
Dont remove the credit link.: There is a credit link in each layout. If this link is removed or covered I will put you on the banned list of this community. I work really hard on these layouts, and would like to get credit for what I have made. Not to mention it's stealing!
Questions & Problems: Question are to only be asked in the "Questions" section. If you post a question anywhere else in the community it will be ignored and deleted.
This is not an override help community.: All question concerning overrides that have nothing to do with my layouts will be ignored and deleted. The communities everything_lj and overridehelp are made for that.
Requests: I don't do requests often, but will have a request page for people who would like to give me ideas on new layouts.
Follow instructions.: Please read the "Installation Help" page before you ask any questions on installing layouts. Make sure you read them all If you still have questions ask them on the "Questions" page.
Do not comment on my personal journal.: My personal journal is personal, meaning that it has no direct connection to this community except that I own it. Those who break this rule will be banned from Pheonix Running and Anime Styles.
Promoting Anime Styles: I do not require anyone to promote this community, but anyone who wishes to is encouraged to. :)
Editing my layout/styles.: If you only wish to use the code from one of my layouts no credit is required, but if you use any of the graphics please give the community credit in your userinfo.
Hotlinking.: All of the layouts I provide have the images already linked in the codes. You do not have to upload any of the images yourself. However, by using a free image host, I may not know when an image link is broken. If you come across an image that won’t show up and is most likely caused by a broken link, please let me know and I will fix that immediately.

Installation Instructions

Step 1 The first thing you need to do is copy the codes for the layout of your choice. Open notepad (as illustrated) or another type of word program. (such as Word Pad, Microsoft Word, ect.) Paste the codes.
Step 2 Next, you need to replace "username" with your real username. Hit CTRL-H on the keyboard, and a box like the one illustrated will appear. Type in "username" exacly in the Find what: box, and then below it type in your username (replace volonte). Click Replace All, and the links will be set to your journal.
Step 3 Now, you need to edit your info so you can place a Webpage URL and Webpage Name in your profile. Once you're at the Edit Info page, scroll down until you see Webpage URL and Webpage Name. Fill in the boxes next to it with whatever you'd like. It does not matter what you put, there just needs to be text in those boxes. Click Save Changes at the bottom of the page. This is very important. If you do not do this the navigation links and header will not appear in your layout.
Step 4 Now, you need to prepare your journal so you can apply the layout codes. Go to Customize Journal. Once you're at the Customize Journal page, make sure your journal is set on the Old System (S1) setting. Then click Modify Journal.
Step 5 Now you should be on the Modify Journal Page. You'll see a section that says Page Layout Style. Make sure all of these are set on Generator as illustrated.
Step 6 Scroll down and make sure the Color Theme section is set on Custom Colors. Leave all these boxes blank becaue the colors are in the overrides. NOTE: Some layouts may ask you to put a color in the Page Text space in the custom colors.
Step 7 Scroll down some more until you see the Overrides: box. Copy the layout codes from notepad (or wherever you pasted them before to change the usernames) and paste them in this box.
Step 8 Scroll down and click save changes.

Requirements for Layouts/Styles

There are a few requirements to using my layouts, and are listed here.

1)I only make IE compatible layouts/styles.
2)Make sure your view menu matches the one in the picture

3)My layouts/styles are for screen resolution 1024 x 768 unless otherwise noted.
4)Screen must be maximized to view the layout/style correctly in most cases.

I'm sorry if this is a burden on anyone.
